Though you are welcome to contact me any time of year about potential graduate study, the best time is in the late summer and fall.

Please note that individual faculty cannot formally “offer” admission to the ENVS graduate program. Formal admission is accomplished after a departmental review process that is started once a complete application is submitted online through the UA Graduate College admissions portal at https://apply.grad.arizona.edu .
